Minimum age 13, please be aware jewellery may become tighter as the child grows.

Please note IDs are required if you look under the required age. 

We provide removal free of charge. 

ONE MONTH GUARANTEE.

Within one month:

Chain break/loss of charm 

At weld point... re-weld free of charge.

Along the chain...needs to be assessed. If determined to be a manufacturer fault then a refund is available. 

Dislike/changed mind 

We can remove permanent jewellery free of charge. 

Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund, as bracelets are made to measure and bespoke.

Length adjustment -

We can adjust the length but a charge will be applicable depending on how much extra chain is used, alongside a reweld charge of £20.

After one month:

Chain break  (the customer must still have the original/ broken chain) 

We can reweld, at a chargeable fee of £20 if deemed caught/pulled. If a new chain is to be supplied due to loss then they will have to pay for a replacement one.

Loss of charm 

Charm cannot be replaced after said time period as there is no way of determining whether loss was caused by pull/catch or an ineffective weld. 

Each weld is tested before you leave to ensure quality. 

Unfortunately no refund is available in such cases.

Our chains are available in silver, 14CT Gold Vermeil and 9CT Yellow gold. 

We can also supply other metal chains, such as 18CT gold upon request.

We are happy to weld your own chain provided it is silver or gold. A goldsmith will need to check the chain is the appropriate metal and in a good condition. You can book an appointment to have it checked over or pop into store and a goldsmith can take a look.

If you have a pre chosen design, please email in advance so we can ensure stock availability. 

Yes, anyone with a pacemaker fitted should not get welded jewellery. 

Yes we do, but booking is advised and takes priority over walk-ins.  

If you are asked to remove your jewellery, use a strong pair of scissors or small pliers on the jump-ring, or visit us in store where we will happily remove it for free. Keep hold of your chain, and you can visit us in store to have it rewelded for £20.

Silver and gold are not magnetic so it should not set off metal detectors and should be MRI safe. If you are required to remove the jewellery we are happy to cut it off and rejoin it for you.
