Workshop Services
Bespoke Jewellery Design
For extra special pieces you can commission Jody and her goldsmiths to create a bespoke piece of jewellery in the onsite workshop so those memories will stay with you forever. Click here to be inspired.
Remodelling
Something old into something new - yes we can do that! Known as remodelling, we can use your gold and gemstones and redesign the whole piece while maintaining the sentiment. Don’t worry if you don’t have gold and gems lying around, we can help with that too.
Repairs & Restoration
In the onsite workshop we undertake all manner of jewellery repairs including ring sizing, claw tipping & tightening stones. We can repair almost anything. If it’s something you love or sentimental but it’s seen better days, let us take a look and restore it back to health. We can provide professional finishing and plating services including rhodium and gold plating. If it’s beyond help, our goldsmiths can offer ideas for remodelling allowing you to keep the sentiment.
Computer Aided Design (CAD) Service
We offer a CAD service to help you see your beautiful design in 3D. This aids the visualisation of the piece and enables you to make alterations before the final piece is created.
Valuations
Independent new replacement valuations for insurance, probate valuations and resale advice.
Engraving
We can offer hand engraving for jewellery & seal engraving on metal or semi precious gemstones.
Stringing
Knotted or unknotted on thread, wire or elastic.
Sell your Gold & Platinum
If you have broken chains, odd earrings or unwanted jewellery then why not sell it to us? Bring your items into the workshop where our goldsmiths will weigh and value them on the daily rate.

Ring Resizing | from £45
Going up or down, pop into our store to figure out what size your ring needs to be to fit your finger perfectly .
Chain Repairs | from £20
Whether you accidentally tugged your chain too hard or your bolt ring is broken, we can fix it!
Plating | from £25
We can plate your jewellery in silver, 9ct, 18ct and rhodium.
Clean and Polish | from £20
If your favourite piece of jewellery that you can never take off needs a little clean, we can do that for you! We also have some incredible jewellery wipes to help you love your special piece that little bit more.
Butterflies | from £7
If you are always losing your earring backs we have you covered with plenty of butterflies in stock. Or if you never want to loose your earrings again we have Lox you can by in store.
